I like to set out objectives for the year and try and hit them each year. Last year I aimed to have full-time employment or full time studying and even though the pandemic managed to get a full-time job at CBC.
2021 sees even bigger objectives as I try and set out my career goals for the future. To get there, I find setting medium-term objectives the best process for motivation.
